Purpose built medical and allied health commercial building. Keir Qld was engaged to provide the feasibility on the development and advise on the land component cost and property selection suitable for the proposed use.
The property location along Anderson Street in Cairns was located in a flood zone and part of the early review of the site was to identify the cost burden to raise the site levels whilst entertaining access requirements for medical practice. The property was not generally attractive for this reason to the market however workshopping design solutions resulted in a concept that was viable and our clients had then the confidence to proceed with the land purchase. The build incorporated provision for up to 3 x tenancies and services were adaptable for current and future use.
A great result for the owners and tenants and the building addresses the street quite well as a continuation of several adjoining sites completed by Keir Qld.
