We managed the development approval process and the design delivery including negotiations with Council resulting in considerable reductions in Contribution Fees. The project was cost planned which allowed the client to make decisions on design selections based on budget as the design evolved. Externally the works required extensive works to the main road with significant improvements to the corner address with additional on street car parking, footpaths and gardens. The project was completed over 4 x weeks ahead of the contract program and design efficiencies allowed Wayne to include additional amenities / design features and finishes including the composite aluminium sheet façade which added significant value to the development without additional cost. Subsequently we went onto complete a 2nd stage including a large warehouse extension which required a cost effective flood mitigation solution to avoid significant site coverage reductions.
