Keir Constructions was engaged as the Design & Construction Management Contractor for the proposed mixed use development
Construction involved the inclusion of full height precast concrete walls to the side boundaries with the suspended concrete floor designed to tie into the walls during the formwork stage. This provided a construction solution up to boundary with existing structures on the adjoining lots complicating a conventional approach with scaffold. The building incorporates a commercial lift to service the upper floor and the tenancy spaces were designed to provide maximum flexibility for future potential tenant uses. The building was delivered on time, the structure is very efficient with a façade that provides an excellent address to the street.
