Design, Construction and relevant Approvals & Certifications of the Multi Use Development encompassing 720m2 of Retail, Service Station and state of the art Car Wash Facility.
The pre-construction phase included the design of all 3 land uses, Development Applications for the Impact Assessable Material Change of Use and the Reconfiguration Approvals. Keir Qld Managed all processes through to the issue of the 3 New Registered Land Titles.
The Construction Phase included concrete tilt panel structures with metal roof, glazing to all shop fronts, fuel service station facilities including compliant fuel storage, fit out of Retail and Service Station tenancies and installation of the Car Wash Infrastructure.
To comply with the Development Approval conditions, significant on-street works were constructed including road widening, upgraded stormwater infrastructure, street lighting, etc.
