A $3.3 million Design & Construct contract for the refurbishment of the Atherton International Club. Works included the reconfiguration of the existing facility to allow for the expansion of the gaming room and main bar, new amenities and DOSA areas along with the extension of the Restaurant and Kitchen upgrades. Externally the building received a new facade and port cochere.
The construction works were completed within a live environment of the operational club, with access to the Restaurant, Bar and Function Rooms maintained throughout.
