Design & Construction of Pacific Kitchens new showroom and workshop totaling an area of 1,400m2.
Construction composed of 2 separate concrete tilt panel industrial buildings linked with a weather resistant covered metal awning between the buildings. The main structures include separate amenities to each building, mezzanine offices to the main building, code compliant hydraulic designed stone fabrication workshop including water treatment plant to separate stone and concrete powder to be extracted from the water for recycling into the operations. Both buildings include glazed shopfronts for separate retail areas if required in the future.
Main building shopfront includes state of the art joinery showroom completed by our client, local cabinet makers Pacific Kitchens.
