Construction of a new state of the art Water Laboratory to Class PC2 standard.
The new facility includes three core functional spaces being the Chemistry Laboratory, Micro Biology Laboratory and Field Research. Multiple back of house facilities, drive through delivery access areas, internal sky roof courtyard, stamped stainless steel ceiling features, landscaping internally and to on-street carpark surrounds including planted islands and paving works.
This critical piece of infrastructure is an invaluable facility providing the Far North with extensive testing services.
