Northside is a development that was the result of our search for a new ‘home’ for Keir Qld. The building was to be unashamedly industrial in core structure, however the challenge was to soften the facade to ‘remove the concrete box’ relatively inexpensively so as to be efficient but also showcase how, as builders, we could be very cost effective without looking cheap. We needed a property to suit the operational requirements of the business whilst providing a space that was appealing to our staff and our clients. We felt that the property needed to be representative of our traditional commercial / industrial construction business whilst providing a modern and comfortable place for those that worked and engaged in business there.
The end result has been extremely satisfying and we feel ultimately representative of our core business.
